• Mr. Davidson is a Chartered Professional Accountant who has held management and directorship roles in several TSX Venture listed mining and oil and gas companies over his 10+ year career.  
• During that period, he has assisted those companies in successful capital raises and M&A transactions totalling over $50 million.  
• A graduate of the University of Calgary, Mr. Davidson has extensive experience in all aspects of structuring and developing a natural resource play from concept through production.
